Services are subject to vehicle availability, route planning and applicable regulations. Separate terms for the industrial and logistics service will be published on this page once it is actually launched.

• We may update services, fees and information without prior notice.
• Unauthorised use of the website or its content is prohibited.

• Admission is confirmed only after submission of required details and payment as per the prevailing fee structure.
• Seat is allotted as per capacity. No excess admissions are made.
• Parents must ensure the student is at the designated stop on time.
• The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

• Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment (as informed).
• Customers must provide accurate travel details (date, time, location, number of passengers).
• Any change in booking date/time is subject to vehicle and driver availability.
• The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

• We reserve the right to refuse service in case of misuse, unsafe behaviour or violation of law.

• The school/college bus admission fee, once paid, is non-refundable for any reason.
• The advance amount paid for vehicle hire / tour bookings is non-refundable for any reason.
• If you need to cancel an admission or booking, please contact us via phone/WhatsApp/email as early as possible.

• All passengers must follow safety instructions given by the driver and caretaker.
• Damage to vehicle caused by passenger negligence may be charged.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol or any illegal activity inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

• We maintain vehicles as per RTO requirements and deploy verified staff.
• We are not liable for loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
• Our liability, if any, is limited to the extent permitted under applicable Indian law.
• If the company suffers any loss due to incorrect information, a rule violation or misconduct on the customer’s part, the customer shall be responsible for indemnifying that loss.

The company shall not be liable for any delay or interruption in service caused by natural calamity, strike, riot, government restrictions, road closure or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

In case any dispute arises, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it through mutual discussion before pursuing legal action.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Latur, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction.
